Externally, the structure takes the form of a white precast concrete grid with bronze detailing and a core of three-height glass panels. The tower consists of 44 spacious homes, most with three or four bedrooms, with high ceilings and large panoramic windows. The interior concept is inspired by the grandeur of the city’s historic apartments and combines the warmth of traditional family living with privacy, comfort and modern luxury. The building is crowned by three penthouses, each with large rooms for entertaining, a library and a club room, as well as large private terraces and a lounge – the top penthouse leading to a private rooftop swimming pool.

A private gated entrance creates a sense of arrival and leads to a large ivy covered internal driveway. Visitors are greeted in an impressive double-height lobby, complete with concierge, housekeeper and full valet parking. Continuing the creative nature of the neighborhood, the lobby features prominent spaces for artwork and is lit by a partially prismatic glass wall that enlivens the interior with bright light patterns.
